Swedish metal band CIVIL WAR hereby announces that guitarist Peturs Granar will be added as a full member to the line-up. Civil War who last year released their in Sweden Gold awarded debut full length album, “The Killer Angels”.
He as of today officially joined the band with a “wet” ceremony baptizing him in Champagne, what else…
Petrus have been a friend and working closely with the band since “The Killer Angels” with demos, arrangements etc. He is a very talented guitarist and good with arrangements. Petrus also worked as a backline tech for the band since last November. It feels just natural to offer him a place with the band as he’s been our “7th member” all along. We look forward to have him in our band of brothers and he will add another dimension to our live sound and push the boundaries for what we can do with pretty much everything both on album and what we can make out of it as a live band.
Civil War is currently in the studio recording their upcoming album that will be released through NAPALM RECORDS later this year. You will hear Petrus guitar playing on it and we can’t wait to get back out there and play the new tunes for you all.
